Pundoq

For brains that stall on prioritizing

Put it anywhere.
It knows where it goes.

One box. Type or say anything: a task, a thought, a photo of a letter you have been avoiding. Pundoq decides whether it is something to do or something to keep, files it, and shows you where it went.

You do not sort it. You correct it, in one tap, when it gets something wrong.

Accounts are invitation only right now.

The Add feed: five captures, each with the destination Pundoq chose underneath it.
The board: the same tasks in the four quadrants, Do now through Drop.
The day: those tasks placed into timed blocks, with the current one first.
Notes: what was kept rather than done, filed under its own tags.

Three steps. Two of them are ours.

The loop is short on purpose. Nothing to set up, nothing to maintain, no system to keep alive.

01

Dump it

Type it, say it, paste a link, drop a photo. One box takes all of it, and it is saved the instant you hit send.

02

It gets filed

Task or note, which quadrant, which tags. The answer appears under what you wrote, with a line saying why.

03

You correct it

When it reads something wrong, move it. One tap, no dialog, and it learns the pattern rather than asking again.

Four quadrants, not a priority field

Importance is judged against your life. Urgency is judged against the clock. They are separate questions, so the answer is a position rather than a number you have to invent.

  • Q1 is what the day is actually about.
  • Q2 is the work that never shouts, protected before Q1 eats it.
  • Q4 is named Drop, and emptying it counts as progress.

Do now

Important, urgent

Matters to you, and time is short.

Schedule

Important, not urgent

Matters to you. This is the real work.

Delegate

Not important, urgent

Urgent, but it is someone else's priority.

Drop

Not important, not urgent

Neither. Good candidates for deleting.

It tells you why it did that

Every sort carries a one-line reason, so you can tell whether it understood you. A wrong call you can see through is easy to forgive. A confident silent one is not.

  • Reply to Dave matters if Dave is your co-founder, and does not if he is a recruiter you have never met. Your Life Context is what knows the difference.
  • Move it once and it stays moved.

Notes · Ideas

Nothing to do in it, so it is something to keep.

What it refuses to do

Ask you where it goes

Reminders app, notes app, or a screenshot you will never open again. That question is what stops most people capturing, so it is not asked.

Keep score

No streaks, no overdue counters, nothing that turns red because you had a bad week. Two weeks away and it is still just a list.

Read your locked notes

Lock a note and it is encrypted in your browser with a passphrase we never receive. What reaches the server is ciphertext.

Stop deciding where things go

Put it anywhere. It knows where it goes.
