Dump it
Type it, say it, paste a link, drop a photo. One box takes all of it, and it is saved the instant you hit send.

Something to do, something to keep, or money already spent. Which quadrant, which tags, which category. The answer appears under what you wrote, with a line saying why.

You correct it
When it reads something wrong, move it. One tap, no dialog. It notices when you keep making the same correction and offers to make it a rule.
Four quadrants, not a priority field
Importance is judged against your life. Urgency is judged against the clock. They are separate questions, so the answer is a position rather than a number you have to invent.
- Q1 is what the day is actually about.
- Q2 is the work that never shouts, protected before Q1 eats it.
- Q4 is named Drop, and emptying it counts as progress.

It tells you why it did that
Every sort carries a one-line reason, so you can tell whether it understood you. A wrong call you can see through is easy to forgive. A confident silent one is not.
- Reply to Dave matters if Dave is your co-founder, and does not if he is a recruiter you have never met. Your Life Context is what knows the difference.
- Move it once and it stays moved.

The money app is the same box
Say what you spent and it lands in a ledger, by month, with the amount and the category read out of your own words. Name one of your own accounts and it moves that balance instead. There is no second app to open and no import to set up.
- One send can do both. “grabbed lunch 220, need to renew the domain, and the landlord wants the deposit friday” is three things in two places, and you named neither.
- Money that has already moved goes to the ledger. Money that has not is still a task, so “need to pay rent friday” is not a spend.
- What you own and what you owe get their own pages, and a net worth that says how old its stalest number is rather than pretending to be live.
